The service is excellent and the staff professional and knowledgeable..The classes they provide for a small fee are wonderful...The best yet, for me, has been the addition of the AVG antivirus program...I no longer have to deal with any of the problems or updates, etc with my antiviral program...their software handles it all without any problems...it's worth it to use their antiviral program...Theresa Holliday
