Before I called TCS the first time, an "authorized professional" had been sent out to replace a hard drive in a computer that was still under warranty. RecommendedI have been dealing with this company for years and have never, ever had a problem they could not deal with. The service is excellent and the staff professional and knowledgeable..The classes they provide for a small fee are wonderful...The best yet, for me, has been the addition of the AVG antivirus program...I no longer have to deal with any of the problems or updates, etc with my antiviral program...their software handles it all without any problems...it's worth it to use their antiviral program...Theresa Holliday
