I have been dealing with this company for years and have never, ever had a problem they could not deal with. The service is excellent and the staff professional and knowledgeable..The classes they provide for a small fee are wonderful...The best yet, for me, has been the addition of the AVG antivirus program...I no longer have to deal with any of the problems or updates, etc with my antiviral program...their software handles it all without any problems...it's worth it to use their antiviral program...Theresa Holliday

DO NOT bring any device to these people!! I brought my laptop to them because I just wanted them to confirm that it was my charger that was not working. The "tech" decided to update my operating system without my knowledge or permission. In the process he deleted several apps I use daily and I lost 5 years of information that was very important to me. They were not able to recover them. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER
