RecommendedI was hacked and my computer was taken over remotely. They even got o to my bank info! The Total Computer people were so understanding and did not talk to !e like I was a dope. They took my laptop and in 24 hours I left it back, free and clear of any problems!

RecommendedHere it is the day before Christmas Eve and our computer monitor screen was black. A great phone call to Mike and a new monitor later and still having troubles. Mike was able to make time for us to bring our computer and new monitor in, diagnose the culprit as needing a new video card, and I am up and running again, vital when handling all the reams of paperwork that comes with caring for my mom.
