RecommendedProfessional and my technician, Mike Pease, really knows his stuff. Best yet, during this pandemic I was able to get functions reset and new program installed remotely.
Great support. I have been using them for over a year now and I am 100% pleased with their support. I just signed up for their "silver service" to keep my system working. I live in Washington, DC with temp residence in NC. The remote support is fabulous. I will be buying a new computer from them soon.
We have worked with TCS for several years now. They are quick to respond and help you with your issue. Computer problems to me are always very stressful but they have a way of giving you hope to relieve the stress and then get the problem fixed. Everyone I've worked with there or even spoken to on the phone are polite, smart and professional. I recommend them highly!

Their service is top notch they keep my computers up and running, manage the virus protection and monitor any suspicious activity. I have been their customer since 2005 and even though I moved they still are able to remote in and repair any glitches I have. Great job, Mike and Jeremy and the rest of the tech's and office staff.
