Here it is the day before Christmas Eve and our computer monitor screen was black. A great phone call to Mike and a new monitor later and still having troubles. Mike was able to make time for us to bring our computer and new monitor in, diagnose the culprit as needing a new video card, and I am up and running again, vital when handling all the reams of paperwork that comes with caring for my mom.
