I was hacked and my computer was taken over remotely. They even got o to my bank info! The Total Computer people were so understanding and did not talk to !e like I was a dope. They took my laptop and in 24 hours I left it back, free and clear of any problems!
They are very good at what they do and Mike always takes time out to talk to me about problems I wouldn't take my laptop to anybody else.
