They did a most excellent job copying over programs and data from a small SSD drive to a 1tb drive, setting it up as the new root drive and then wiping the old SSD so that I could use it as a cache drive with Photoshop. Service was fast, efficient and professional.
Two River is great. they fix all our computer, audio/visual issues & are always courteous & knowledgeable.
Good company, Tom is good people. And I say that because we had a negative issue turn into a positive outcome. I had an internet issue with my desktop, and at first we had a "snafu" where I was not really aware that reinstalling Windows would wipe out everything. However Tom and his team went above and beyond to make it right, and didn't charge me for it. He has a sign in their office that reads "Do the right thing." They did that for me, so that shows integrity.
Their thoroughness, availability and attention to detail.
