I went to Tom, the owner, with my computer problem. I could not download PDF files. He went to my settings, made a switch to where the PDF files should go and in 1 minute my problem was solved. He said it was a simple change and did not even charge me. It's nice to know I can bring my computer to someone who is reputable and knowledgeable. I feel lucky to have this business available to me. Great expertise and customer service. Repaired and installed a new hard drive in our 8yr old IMAC and we had it back in 3 days! Never going to the Apple Store again for Mac help....these guys are it!
