I had a great experience. Got my computer fixed faster than they had thought. They noticed my battery was getting old and could leak so they replaced that for me also. They even installed a word processing software; I could have done that but they very kindly did!

This was second time I took in my computer. First time Del would not let them fix it. I never felt it was working right. I brought it back in and received great service. The techs were able to fix my computer and they told me about a service they provided. It didn’t cost as much to fix. My computer screen has never been this clear and I no longer am bothered with popups. They provide awesome support and service.

Every experience I have had with Tech Junkies has been positive. In this case the remote option was not working so I took my laptop to their office. Today they called to let me know the problem was fixed and I could pick up my laptop. Pleasant, prompt, and VERY knowledgeable.

I pay for monthly services to keep my computer problem free. My computer is having issues and I can not get a hold of anyone. The phone is constantly busy. They don’t respond to to emails or to the message system they set up on my computer for direct access. This is the very problem I took my computer in to get fixed and it is now doing it again.

Tech Junkies was a- maxing! I took my laptop in due to viruses. I dropped it off in the morning and was able to pick it up later that same day!
