The process was very clearly outlined, which helped me know what to expect. I brought my PC in one day, Patrick emailed with an estimate later that day and it was fixed the next day after that. Super easy. The hardest part of the whole thing was finding the building!! I will definitely use them again, should the need arise.
I upgraded my power supply unit (PSU) on my PC. Even though the PSU testing out, when I connected it, my motherboard fried, and my hard drive stopped spinning up. I had my Android App I coded on that drive (no backup either). I dropped off the drive to Patrick, and he was able to find a donor printed control board (PCB) and brought my drive back to life. This is the 2nd time I have used twin cities pc repair. Patrick has helped me both times. He is good at keeping me posted on the progress and provided options this time, since parts were unavailable for an older laptop. Honest answers, timely service. Nice knowing I do not have to 2nd guess a motive. If I need their expertise again, I won’t hesitate.
