Patrick and TC PC Repair were life savers! First he helped me with cloud backup and in the process noticed my hard drive was maxed and recommended a bigger drive. I brought it in and asked for quick turnaround which he agreed to but warned me sometimes it takes longer. My laptop was refusing to clone and we realized it was corrupted. I’ve been a customer for years. Was contacted about the Windows 10 support falling off this October and my unit was of an age that the Windows 11 wouldn’t work. Needed a new PC, had an exchange with Patrick, went with a Lenovo Think Pad. Seamless remote transfer of all my data, timely online exchanges on the open ticket.
