A couple months ago my girlfriends computer started randomly restarting, we tried to fix it ourselves by talking to friends, asking Facebook groups, testing different components, and buying new parts. I was a little hesitant at first about whether it would meet my needs, but he gave me a guarantee that really put me at ease. Honest, responsive, and genuinely cares about his customers — highly recommend!
Seller was easy to do business with and any questions I had related to his product he was able to answer, not only that, the product itself was of good quality and I'm still enjoying the performance of it. I know I'll have a good computer for a while!
I'd like to start off by saying, I'm not a stranger to technology. Grew up using it all my life and still relatively up to date with current technology as well. Ended up messing up my laptop, messing around with some settings. Thought for sure it was a done deal and that I needed to get a new one but thought I would try sending it here for a lifeline.
