We were disappointed with our experience with TNE Electrical. Although Tyrone seemed friendly, knowledgable and responsive, he was unable to offer a Rako smart lighting installation, despite us being unambiguous that this is the system we were enquiring about and this service being clearly advertised on their website. I have worked with TNE Electrical on several EICRs over the past couple of months and have found Tyrone to be timely, friendly and professional. He did his best to complete the inspections with very short notice and also completed any required remedial works very promptly. I would highly recommend the services of TNE Electrical on this basis.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from start to finish. Faultless. I called up with what I feared would be a difficult job given the light I wanted installed weighed 2 stone, but the appointment was made for the following day and the team dealt with the installation efficiently and in a friendly manner. Communication was fantastic and even the payment portal was super easy to use. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend (and I’m not easily impressed!) This was truly fantastic service.
