The service was thorough and completed within the time frame quoted. But the receptionist who is obviously a techie herself spent twenty minutes answering additional questions and help remove an account I was never able to remove. No extra charge. Thanks for being there and being so customer focused.
Quantum did their usual excellent job at fixing and cleaning up my laptop! I'd also like to mention the kindly, yet professional treatment they gave to another senior citizen that was there at the time (older than me and less tech-savvy! ;) whose aging laptop was probably on its last legs. We are very lucky to have Quantum here in Sturgeon Bay!
When my desk top computer was showing it's age I took it and my newer lap top to Quantum and had them combine my files, update the laptop and transfer my Quantum Care, all done for a reasonable fee. Several questions arose after I activated the updated laptop and those questions were quickly and clearly resolved.
My experience with Quantum has been wonderful. They put in my Starlink and it has worked so much better than I even imagined it would. If you have any questions or need support, they are right there ensuring all your questions are answered and you are fully satisfied. It was, and still is, a pleasure to work with Quantum.
You really made me feel comfortable after I was probably scammed while trying to find a solution for my Brother Printer. The entire conversation was about how to move forward after a my bad experience. You provided me with a checklist of where to proceed and what to avoid so this does not happen again.
