My experience with Quantum has been wonderful. They put in my Starlink and it has worked so much better than I even imagined it would. If you have any questions or need support, they are right there ensuring all your questions are answered and you are fully satisfied. It was, and still is, a pleasure to work with Quantum.
I couldn't be happier. My Dell laptop froze during a "restart". The team at Quantum got it up and running. They offered to update it to Windows 11. Then when I picked it up, they took the time to make sure I was comfortable with the update. I've already recommend them to a friend.
Amazing company. They did such an amazing job job putting my new pc together. Only issue I have (which is really a non issue because I wanted specific parts for my computer) to bring in parts you purchased, if anything craps out it is a little more difficult to work out. Buyer beware! Quantum Technologies likes to sell you virus protection which renews annually for as long as you're alive. You cannot cancel without late fees and surcharges. There are better options for purchasing a laptop, companies that operate in a totally ethical fashion.
