I’ve been using Doctor Dave since I got my first laptop. Anytime I reach out, he answers promptly, sets up an appointment if needed, and is always very thorough. I have used his service remotely, in home, and at his office. Most recently, one of his team, Matt, helped me select and order a new laptop and helped me transfer from my old machine. I’m always completely satisfied with the service and advice. I would recommend Doctor Dave to anyone needing computer repair and or assistance.
I rarely grade at 5 stars, but Matt from Dr. Dave gave us outstanding service. Approachable, no question too small, diligent, organized and so very knowledgeable - he had our systems humming.
We always look forward to Matt updating our computer. He does a wonderful job. He is thorough and is very caring. He is the best.
