I had been scammed and my computer was remotely taken over. Thank goodness nothing from my bank accounts was touched. I was able to get it cleaned within a day and gain access to my information right away! It was a pleasant experience getting the help I needed. I would recommend Doctor Dave for any computer issues you my have, no matter how big or small. Very friendly and understanding staff!
Every year have DoctorDave review my computer, cell phones and do any necessary updates, add protection as needed. This year Matt is working with me to purchase a new computer system. This is absolutely the BEST service available. It beats the Genius Bar at the Apple Stores.
In a one hour home service call, Matt resolved a locked-up computer problem and then completed a thorough cleanup and updating, gave good advice on preventing future problems, and answered a couple of questions about two unrelated tech issues. Much appreciated!
