I’ve been using Doctor Dave since I got my first laptop. Anytime I reach out, he answers promptly, sets up an appointment if needed, and is always very thorough. I have used his service remotely, in home, and at his office. Most recently, one of his team, Matt, helped me select and order a new laptop and helped me transfer from my old machine. Matt from Dr. Dave's office always does a professional job of checking my computer and, in this case, installing a new one. Now my only problem is getting used to a new Windows program. If I have any problems, he is able to solve them and get everything working for me. I certainly couldn't do it without his help!
