As usual, Matt was excellent. He's friendly, explains things well and knows what he's doing. It's always a pleasure doing business with Doctor Dave.
I had had my computer taken over by a third party, being transferred from a legit site to one I became more and more suspicious of as time went on. As a precautionary measure I took the computer to Dr. Dave for a thorough check. Got in the same day. He’s my first stop (and last!j for any computer issues.
Matt was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained everything to me so that I could understand what he was doing. I was very satisfied with the work he did on my computer.
Doctor Dave is the best! We are able to trust them with our desktop computer and know that things will be done as we ask. They are available to answer questions and appointments have been set with ease after leaving a message. We highly recommend them.
