The problem I took to CCS was more complicated than I thought. My contact at CCS was impressive. He tried to solve the issue remotely but was unable to so I took my laptop in and they worked it at the shop. I was happy in the end because my problem was solved. During the remote session, I saw nooks and corners of my OS that I never knew existed. I will be back to CCS the next time I have a problem

This was my first visit to Creative Computer Solutions after driving by for years. Panicked 12 year old broke her school issued ipad---2 days before final exams!!! Luckily CCS was able to quickly diagnose and fix the broken piece. I will definitely recommend them and will use them for any future problems.
Given an almost impossible task to retrieve a broken and corrupt laptop. They managed to rescue 89% of all lost data. No matter when I have been there the staff is always listens to the issue without jumping to conclusions. Then always given me an accurate estimate. Several of my friends also use their service. I recommend Creative Computer Solutions.
I have used Creative Computer for years. They are always helpful, efficient, and willing to help. They only had my "dinosaur" overnight, and it's working perfectly!
