The folks at Computer Gurus are really nice people. But don't be fooled, they are also very smart. They have great equipment, they use products that work. I had a night mare situation a couple years back. I had a life long business relationship with Brand X. When I needed help, the bureaucracy at Brand X, to get help, was overwhelming. I have used Computer Gurus, LLC for the past 5 years and they have always been trustworthy and helpful. My computer screen on my Microsoft Surface laptop went black and they were able to fix the problem quickly and get me up and running again.

Like a lot of people I was working on my laptop, doing hardware upgrades etc and it stopped working in the middle of them!! I took it to Computer Guru's and settled in with my phone looking at new pc's to replace it, I got the call of a lifetime the next day when CG called me to tell me it was ready for pickup and running great!!! I'm going to stop working on my laptops and take them to CG to do any needed upgrades from now on!!
