I am not technologically inclined, but must work with a computer every day for our company. I started having problems with it, and consulted with the Gurus. They came to our business, picked up the computer, worked on it, and returned it. I found something else wrong with it, and they came back within minutes of me calling them, and returned the computer that same day, at no extra charge. I hope I don't need them again, but at least now I know who to call for computer repair. Excellent work!
As always, Computer Gurus, handles everything with courtesy and professionalism. Offering in house, local service is amazing and so welcome after dealing with the big box online security companies. I don't know, what I don't know to ask and you never really know if you're covered and secure. My PCGurus takes the guess work out and gives you peace of mind.

Whenever I have a question or a small problem, Mike is always there to answer the phone quickly and professionally. (I'm still not that computer savvy :-( >>> Ha, ha!) Made an appointment to have my computer worked on and Mike showed up on time. Got my pop-up ads under control and updated my settings. Had to contact Mike a little bit later to make some corrections on my email and he handled it immediately. Would recommend Computer Gurus to all. Been dealing with them for more than a decade. A+
