Like a lot of people I was working on my laptop, doing hardware upgrades etc and it stopped working in the middle of them!! I took it to Computer Guru's and settled in with my phone looking at new pc's to replace it, I got the call of a lifetime the next day when CG called me to tell me it was ready for pickup and running great!!! I'm going to stop working on my laptops and take them to CG to do any needed upgrades from now on!!

Computer Gurus are so enjoyable to work with. Their customer service is friendly, professional and have always exceeded my expectations. They have always been super quick to resolve my IT issues.
I had problems connecting to my scanner after upgrading to Windows 11. John was a great help and although corrected the problem with the scanner being recognized by the computer found that the scanner control software was not recognizing the scanner. After extensive troubleshooting and going to the scanner manufacturer (xerox) found the software was not compatible with Windows 11. He did install another scanner app to use that gave me similar functionality. Great job as always!
Computer Gurus is an exceptional company to work with. They are extremely acknowledgeable and great to work with. Everyone with the company has a great attitude, Friendly and always willing to help with my companies IT needs. I highly recommend Computer Gurus to anyone that is seeking help with technology / computer needs.
