Steven from Chiswick computers came to sort out my problem of being locked out of my new PC, as I had forgotten password. It turned it out to be a little longer and more involved to get it all up and running again, but he really seemed to do a thorough job. Everything's been working well so far, would certainly call them again if I need to - though only if it's essential, as it's not cheap.

Didn't end up using the service because they are no longer local to me, but I'm leaving a review for professionalism and attitude of the owner, who was very generous, honest and authentic in his communication when I spoke to him on the phone regarding my broken laptop.

Steve supplied me with a new PC last autumn and recently the screen failed due to a manufacturing fault. Having diagnosed the problem and liaised with the manufacturer, Steve got it up and running and it's now as good as new with all my data intact. For me, this is the best possible outcome.
