We have know Chiswick Computers. and the manager Steve for some time,. Steven the technician was in to see my printeron Friday, fantastic service, got my printer and desktop up and running with a lot of patience. He also went out of his way to check my computer and rectified some of the minor issues. Steven is a very polite and a helpful technician and will produce coustomer's satisfaction. Thank you Steven.
Steven from Chiswick computers came to sort out my problem of being locked out of my new PC, as I had forgotten password. It turned it out to be a little longer and more involved to get it all up and running again, but he really seemed to do a thorough job. Everything's been working well so far, would certainly call them again if I need to - though only if it's essential, as it's not cheap.
We had a problem with a new W11 computer and monitor, where the computer could not communicate properly with the monitor. Chiswick computers were extremely efficient and one of their technicians paid us a site visit the same morning. Their technician found that problems were a faulty mains cable and misleading instructions about the HDMI cable. Problem solved in less than an hour, very good value.
I am really happy with the service provided by Chiswick’s computers. Steve fixed my stubborn Outlook problems and went beyond my expectations in being so helpful.
I spoke to every repair shop in town and no one would help or even try. When I called Chiswick, they honestly wanted to help, but my part was too new and no trusted supplier offerred it but he worked with me to find a solution. It took MONTHS, but no fault against Chiswick, it was just a tough part to source, but he hung in there with me and we finally got the part, he came to my house, fixed it on the kitchen table at a fair price and the job was done. I'd highly recommed them
