Steve was absolutely brilliant and managed to recover very important data from a hard drive that had completely failed. He picked up my old laptop and kept in touch all the time to let me know his progress. Within 24 hours he had restored my data and helped me to download it onto a new laptop. I've been going to Chiswick Computers for many years and they always provide excellent service, advice and assistance for a wide range of computer problems. Steve was very helpful sourcing a battery for my old laptop and provided incredibly straightforward instructions on how to look for certain information on the laptop. Highly recommended.

I have gone to Chiswick Computers on several occasions and they have always been helpful, trustworthy and punctual. They even managed to restore and repair my laptop over which I had spilled a cup of coffee. A splendid company whom I have no hesitation in recommending.

The service is excellent. I had a dysfunctional desktop CPU. I contacted Chiswick Computer and arranged a home visit the next day. The problem was solved in 3 hours, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the service.
