Didn't end up using the service because they are no longer local to me, but I'm leaving a review for professionalism and attitude of the owner, who was very generous, honest and authentic in his communication when I spoke to him on the phone regarding my broken laptop.

Steve supplied me with a new PC last autumn and recently the screen failed due to a manufacturing fault. Having diagnosed the problem and liaised with the manufacturer, Steve got it up and running and it's now as good as new with all my data intact. For me, this is the best possible outcome.

I phoned chiswick computers at lunchtime bevause my printer wasn’t behaving . Their tech man was round late afternoon and 40 mins later completely resolved and I was assured that the same error couldn’t repeat itself. Their charges are very reasonable work excellent delightful tech engineer I’m a happy customer having printed out what I needed. Will definitely use them as my computer trouble shooters from now on

Steve and Steven couldn't have been more helpful. With a complicated situation, they went over and above what I might have expected. I can't rate them more highly. They are so experienced and knowledgeable, and also so lovely to work with.
